I recently worked with Rob to have my car serviced for the first time since purchasing it. From scheduling the appointment online, to my first connect with Rob, the entire experience was great. Rob was very thorough in explaining what was included in the service, the cost, as well as going the extra mile to dig into a potential concern I had with the 4WD system. He was easy to communicate with and contact via my preferred method and I had the car back within a few hours. Great job all around.
