SUPER HONEST! SUPER SERVICE! SUPER FOLKS! I had called several dealerships about honoring a discount plan for retired Ford employees, and was hearing back that they wouldn't honor it on "in stock" trucks because inventory was so low. That was understandable but disappointing. I called Rivertown Ford and asked for the sales manager. I was connected to Tommy Miller. Tommy told me he would honor the discount but didn't have any F150 Lariats in inventory, and that most were sold before they got to the dealership. Then he checked and said he had one arriving in a couple of weeks, and would honor the discount. I was in a rush because I was relocating from Georgia to Colorado. Tommy sent the spec's right away to make sure I would be a satisfied customer. He honored the discount, and I got a super deal on a super truck from a super guy. Another F150 Lariat sold before it hit the lot. He hooked me up with Assad Lowe for a sales rep. and Assad was simply super as well. Very knowledgeable, pleasant, and easy to do business with. Nobody tried to push any options or add-ons, but they added front tinted windows and wheel well covers/guards at no additional cost. I had prearranged financing with my bank, and Mr. Finance -- Daniel Hess -- was fast and efficient with the paperwork. Unfortunately, I left some loose ends with my bank. Daniel cleaned them up and even met with me at 9 pm on a Saturday night (because I was leaving Sunday) to finalize the paperwork and make sure everything was OK. Bottom line, BEST Experience I've ever had with a dealership. Tommy Williams 5+ Stars, Assad Lowe 5+ Stars, Daniel Hess 5+ Stars. I'd do business with them again in a heartbeat. Love you guys.
