Had my oil and filter changed today while I was waiting in the lounge area. The check-in process was painless. As soon as I drove into the service bay, the attendant knew who my service consultant is. The SC was very attentive to what I need to get done and advised me of the estimated time to complete the work. He came to see me when the work was done and reviewed the invoice with me.
