I took my Jeep in for an oil change. Christopher was my Service Advisor .He walked me through the process and told me there would also be a courtesy multi point inspection performed. When my car was ready, he explained the findings and gave me some solutions. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He seems to have a sincere desire to help and answer questions. He was not pushy or dismissive like some service departments can be at dealerships.
