Took longer than the appointment setter said due to the fact the appointment setter is in a totally different city and has no clue what is going on at the dealership itself. But the good is service advisor Buck got the car diagnosed and parts order and within a couple days had the issue fixed and back on the road. Happy with dealership, not happy with appointment setters.
