made a last minute appointment for a brake system flush & oil change & once there i noticed they got very busy while i was checking in, the phones never stopped ringing & they were able to get me in, Bill found two additional issues, which they were able to address at this appointment, throughout Kirk kept me advised and was avaliable for any questions I had, while managing other customers, I appreciated the personal & proffessional attention.
