Douglas has taken excellent care of me for my two recent visits to the service department at Sterling McCall Nissan! First for an oil change and then for new tires. When the tires we discussed were not in stock on the day of my appointment, he found comparable tires and got as close as he could to the original quoted price. The overage was well worth it, considering it saved me several hours of logistics and traveling to/from the dealership while they waited for the product to be delivered.
