Well. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 7am (arrived at 6:50). I received my vehicle back at 9 with the work complete, and I’m not sure what the delay was, but Amy apologized for the delay and took care of my oil change. First time here at this location. I understand things happen but it feels good when it’s recognized and someone does right by you. Above and beyond incredible customer service by Amy. Will return again.
