Jakob in service made my experience great! first time someone has ever taken such time and care explaining the service that was going to be done to my vehicle, and telling me all about my future service’s I will need to get done so I can prepare for it! I will be a bob Howard Hyundai customer for life based off of my experience with jakob, and the new facility is very very nice! excited to know I have a dealership and service department I can trust for life !
