Went here for a first time oil change for my IS500. Everything went great until I got home and noticed a pretty large scrape/gouge in my left front bumper. It was down low like the lift hit it. Let my service advisor Kevin Martinez know and he started the process of getting it taken care of. He kept me informed the whole time. All in all it took about two weeks to get the car fixed and they did a fantastic job and I’m glad it was taken care of. I didn’t buy my car here but, they definitely earned my business after this.
