Great service. I went in to have a recall addressed. I was told it would be about an hour and a half. No biggie. I was then informed that I had two other recalls. While I am there, I might as well have those addressed. It's going to be another hour, but no big deal. While the are working on the recalls, I decide to go ahead and have them do an oil change. An hour into my visit, Lance G. comes out and says I'm ready to go. I literally asked if he was serious. Here I am, leaving this review from home while I could still be at the dealership waiting for my service to be complete. For what its worth, a closer dealer wanted to keep my truck for 2+ days for the initial single recall. Thanks again for the fast service Lance and team!
