My wife and I just purchased a Mercedes Benz Sprinter van from MB of Georgetown. Jerry Carpenter was our salesman. What a gentleman. He was not pushy at all (have dealt with plenty of pushy salespeople at dealerships in the past - it's somewhat expected), let my wife and I experience the ride, review the features and was very patient with us as we "kicked the tires" so to speak. Stetson Bailey was the sales manager who worked with us during our decision making process - very honest and forthright with us. Nice fellow, easy to relate with. You actually get to know these people on a personal level. They aren't just robots looking for a quick sale and churning you out the door. Finally, we worked out the paperwork and details with Peter Woychik in the finance department. Very charming young man. Once again, was not pushy on products, and very personable. Turns out he is our neighbor. Overall, great experience. We had no intention of buying, only researching the Sprinter vs Ford Transit and Ram ProMaster. Quality wise, the MB is superior and the cost difference was not much, especially with the great deal they gave us. I hope our service experience matches the purchasing experience. 5 stars.
