Wow. We got stopped by a DEF code on spring break heading to big bend national park. James our sprinter service advisor bailed us out for what could have been a show stopper. We need to get a part, but he made it so we can still do our trip. We were actually told by another MB store that Boerne is a great option for sprinters and now see why. We drove up and this looks like the place to come with them ! Outside of that , James knew we were traveling with our two senior dogs and two small kids and our cargo hauler. I hope he gets acknowledged for his superior customer service skills. James thank you and we appreciate everything and allowing our family to continue our adventure.
