The entire experience was pleasant. My device attendant, Trina P., went out of her way to make the experience of having to have repairs done, at the dealership, as pleasant as possible. She took the time to relay my concerns to the head mechanic before diagnosis, possibly saving time and $$$. The entire staff was polite and courteous. Two thumbs up.
