24 hour diagnosis and quick fix just like they quoted. I traded my old dealership in to drive a little farther to the Rockwall ford dealership. My old dealership wanted me to leave the car for 5 days so they then could diagnose even after I had an appointment. 5 days no diagnosis and no rental car is paid for under warranty until it is diagnosed. What the heck is the appointment for??? They honestly said to talk to a service advisor…. Who needs them I need the mechanic or tech. Highly recommend Rockwall for service!!! Much better than experience.
