Have taken my 2023 GMC 2500 to my local dealer in Enid for the same repair 3 times. Wasted almost 7 days with my selling dealer over the course of months. Finally, scheduled with Bob Howard and drove to Edmond. They fixed my rattle/vibration in less time than they expected. I waited for 90 minutes on a busy day, and drove home thrilled with my truck. Will absolutely consider them for our next vehicle purchase.
