I have been shopping for an E class recently, and traveled to different cities, made calls and talked to different sales staff at the different dealerships and heard that with the limited inventory, there was no room for negotiation. So I saw a 2022 majestic blue e350 with white interior that was advertised in excellent condition and was pretty much loaded with options. It was marked at an appealing price, but knew there were other options in other locations that also were also offering marked down vehicles and planned to see what was in Augusta and then head to Atlanta. But as soon as we drove into the parking lot, there were so many beautiful vehicles. I was pleasantly surprised with their inventory. The vehicle was in excellent condition as advertised. We were greeted by a very nice young man, named Riley. He was friendly, not pushy, and was open for negotiation when we selected the car we wanted to take home. He worked with us on price as well as the GM, Muhammad who helped to seal the deal. Riley was very helpful in getting phone connected to the Mercedes App, and teach me how to use the different options. I was extremely pleased with the purchase, and had such a nice experience at this dealership.
