Mark was fantastic as always! I really appreciate his professionalism and vast knowledge when it comes to my Beetle! Also, my husband had surgery that week and timing was difficult for us. Mark helped figure out exactly how to make the service happen anyway and was able to get my car to the dealership and back for us. What a huge help during wat was a rough time!
