The people are polite, and the service they perform is excellent. My only complaint was the time I spent waiting. I had the first scheduled appointment in the morning, arrived early, and yet it took three and a half hours to complete. I could have had my tires replaced, oil change, and wipers replaced, in 1/2 the time elseware. Getting the first appointment and waiting for the car to be serviced should get some priority. .
